- Finding potential clients in Croatia and concluding sales. You can't wait to show Zoyya to service providers. For you, "no" is not a "no", but "not yet, I accept the challenge 💪".
- Manage your own lead base and take advantage of every opportunity to grow it.
- Cold-calling, physically visiting salons, reaching out to potential clients via texts.
- 1:1 meetings with providers - understanding that 1:1 meetings are key in understanding the problems and difficulties of providers and closing sales.
- Running the entire sales process, from the initial lead to the sales close.
- Customer care and maintaining a high level of satisfaction of existing users.
- Helping users successfully use Zoyya by holding app demonstrations and educating users about all the opportunities and how to make the most of them for the purposes of their business.
How to do your job perfectly
- Know every detail about the Zoyya solution and monitor development and progress.
- Explore leads and find out as much as possible about their business before first contact.
- When presenting solutions, always keep in mind the needs of the client and the challenges in the business and successfully present how Zoyya helps them solve pain points,
- Proactively act on market developments and opportunities for strategic entry into suitable market niches.
- Give valuable "off the field" inputs to the marketing department to help you attract leads.
- Be up-to-date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
- Know how to identify the most important KPIs.
- Track your own work and report sales activities to the team.
What it takes to succeed
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience in concluding sales with small businesses and/or experience in the beauty industry.
- Passion for technology and knowledge of modern web and mobile applications.
- Clear communication.
- A deep sense of empathy and a commitment to integrity.
- Active listening and persuasive communication.
- Independence in business.
- Commitment to learning, adaptability and positive attitude.
