Mario Jurcic is a graduate engineer in financial and business mathematics, with almost ten years of work experience in the financial sector. He also implements the creation of values in the field of financial literacy through the activities of his association – "Moj Kompić". He sees the biggest challenge in creating personalized ("tailor-made") business models for small and medium-sized enterprises. Business strategy, looking at the bigger picture and monitoring the business is considered key activities for the success of each entrepreneur.
