When you complete your registration, you'll be sent to the Zoyya homepage. It may look sad and empty now, but not for long!
Three of the most important parts of your homepage are your calendar, your booking requests, and your upcoming approved appointments.
View your appointments per business day. By default, Zoyya will show you the current day in your calendar. However, you can always select another one.
Your current appointments will be displayed on the right-hand side of the calendar. You can view details like the start time, service type, client's name, and the assigned employee for each appointment.
There's nothing here now, but let's change it. Click on:
Type or select the following items:
· Appointment start time
· If you like, leave a special note
Once you start using Zoyya, your client and service lists will be stored and available every time you create new appointments.
This means you won't have to re-enter service types and clients' names every time you want to manually create a new appointment. Zoyya will take care of it for you.
Zoyya will autofill fields like duration and price, and assign the appointment and service to a specific employee. This way your employees will have an overview of upcoming clients and services.
Please note that "service type" is not a mandatory field. It's enough for your clients to select the start time and duration of the service. However, if they select the service type, it will make your life easier and shorten the process for them. Find more details on services HERE.
When clients make an appointment with you, a booking request will be sent to your Zoyya account. You can then review, approve or deny those requests, depending on the situation. Read more on making appointments HERE, and more on managing booking requests HERE.
