The Zoyya calendar is your new best friend. The general overview helps you plan in advance, while employees can view their specific schedules using filters.
There are three time settings in the calendar:
The daily or weekly calendar overview provides more details on each appointment. Take a look at your monthly schedule to learn more about your employees' availability and performance.
By default, your calendar will show all your employees and their availability on the current date. When you invite new employees into your branch, they will also be able to view their appointments and create new ones in their calendars.
Want to add a new appointment to your calendar? Just click on a time slot and select or add a client. Next, choose the duration of the appointment or the service type. Learn more about adding new clients HERE.
Branch owners or administrators can set your working hours. You will notice your active time will be marked with a lighter color in the calendar. You can always create an appointment manually, outside of working hours. However, if you try to do that for yourself or a colleague, Zoyya will warn you about availability.
But don't worry, Zoyya isn't here to boss you around :)
In case of a last-minute change, you can add an appointment outside of your standard working hours - without restrictions. Working hours and other limitations are only here to help you avoid overbookings and misunderstandings.
Click on an appointment in the calendar to modify or cancel it. To change the start time of an appointment, drag and drop it into a different time slot.
If a client makes an appointment with one of your employees, they will appear in the employee's calendar as soon as the request is approved.
