You'll find the control bar on the left side of your dashboard and use it to navigate the app. Wherever you are in Zoyya, it's always in the same place, to help you find your way around different features.
The homepage button is at the top of the control bar, as you already know.
Underneath it, you'll find the calendar button. Click on it to view all approved appointments - per employee, per period. Learn more about the calendar HERE.
Next, go to the Requests page to view all booking requests your clients made through the app. Find out how to enable online scheduling for your clients HERE.
On the Customers page you can find a list of all the customers who booked through Zoyya or were manually added by your team. Here you can edit existing customers or invite new ones. Read more about it HERE.
Reports are a special feature for business managers. It includes various tools to help you monitor your business performance over time. Learn more on those tools HERE.
The Settings page features your branch settings. Read more about settings HERE.
The last four buttons are linked to your personal Zoyya profile, rather than your branch settings.
The first button leads to more Zoyya news, here to share information on updates and available features.
The second button leads to your branch overview. If your business includes several different branches, this feature helps you keep track of their individual performance.
Click on the third button to chat with one of our reps or search for frequently asked questions.
The last button opens your account settings where you can manage your user account or modify your data or password. You can also change the interface language, install the Zoyya app on your computer or smartphone, and even view and modify your subscription plan.
